Often, yes. A custom concrete pool can be shaped to a compact yard, and a Plungie plunge pool suits smaller lots and courtyards. We measure up and tell you what will genuinely fit.
Many newer estates have covenants, sewer easements or design rules that affect where a pool can go. We check those early, work with the certifier, and design around them so there are no surprises.
Yes. Near the water we plan for salt air and ground conditions from the start, choosing fencing hardware and finishes that hold up in coastal conditions. Canal blocks can carry extra engineering and approval steps, and we sort those up front.
We do. A pool in Queensland needs building approval and a compliant safety barrier. Approval runs through a private building certifier, and we organise it, along with engineering and final certification, as part of the job.
